Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you receive an item that’s misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it at our expense or issue a full refund — no worries, no drama. We will likely need a photo or two showing the garment at issue; you can speed your claim up by including the photos in your original claim request. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@kfactorsupply.co.
"Porch Pirate" Policy
Refunds are not typically issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for theft after delivery (also known as porch piracy). That said, contact us at customerservice@kfactorsupply.co — if we can help, we will.
Shipments to Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Refunds aren’t typically issued for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
If you notice an error within 24 hours, contact us at 210-369-8553 or customerservice@kfactorsupply.co and we’ll do our best to update the address before production begins.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll gladly reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments returned to our facility as unclaimed will be subject to additional reshipping costs. If not claimed within 30 Days of Return Receipt, returned items will be re-added to our inventory and may be forfeit.
Other Exclusions
Refunds are not typically offered for correctly fulfilled items that simply don’t meet personal preference (e.g., wrong size, color, or “buyer’s remorse”). However, we understand that life happens — contact us if you believe your situation deserves special consideration.
All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back. Please email customerservice@kfactorsupply.co or use our Contact Us page before shipping your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for funds to appear.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, reach out to us so we can help resolve it quickly.
