BLUF: Most orders arrive within 7–10 days. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

What to expect:

  • Most products are made to order and typically complete production within 2–5 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

For U.S. addresses, $4.75 flat rate shipping applies to all orders $49.99 and under. Free shipping on orders $50+. International orders ship at weight-based rates.

Every K-Factor Supply Co. product is made to order — designed, printed, and packed when you purchase it. This approach helps us maintain strict quality control, minimize waste, and keep our production as efficient as possible.

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, and domestic delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days once your order leaves our facility. Please allow 10 business days total before contacting us for support. Please Note: These shipping times are estimates and can increase around the holidays. For orders placed near peak holiday times, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

For international orders, delivery times vary by location. Most arrive within 2–4 weeks, though occasional customs or carrier delays may extend that window.

All orders include tracking information sent automatically by email once your shipment is on its way. You can track your order from there and follow it every step of the journey.

We currently offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $50. U.S. shipping on orders under $50 is a flat $4.75. For international customers, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
