I’m Robert P., a recently retired US Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician with 24 years of service. Alongside my wife, Lauren, we built K-Factor Supply Co. as a brand rooted in the Military EOD and Public Safety Bomb Technician community — gear for bomb techs, by bomb techs.

It all started with a small EOD-themed collection for our first brand, an outdoor apparel store called Tavern and Trail, which we launched in 2022. As that original "K-Factor Collection" grew, so did the community around it. By July 2025, we could no longer deny it was time to give it a home of its own, and so K-Factor Supply Co. was born.

Although we may eventually bring some production in-house, our primary business model is Print-on-Demand — and we’re proud of it. It allows us to innovate fast, offer a wide range of products, and keep our focus where it matters: design, quality, and community.

Every item we sell is printed to order using carefully selected production partners who meet our standards for consistency, craftsmanship, and reliability. This approach cuts waste, keeps inventory lean, and ensures each piece is made specifically for the person who ordered it — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

We inspect, test, and refine every product we release, and if something ever falls short, we make it right. That’s our guarantee. Print-on-Demand keeps us nimble, responsive, and always ready to adapt.
