In order to get the longest life out of your KFSC Kiss-cut Stickers, please utilize the following instructions:

• Do not allow your Kiss-cut Stickers to be submerged for long periods in water or run through the dishwasher

• Avoid constant outdoor exposure. Our Kiss-Cut Stickers are tough, but not rated for constant UV exposure.

• Clean using a soft, dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the center of the sticker outwards

Most of our products are made to order, which allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and offer a wider range of designs without overproducing inventory.

What to expect:

• Orders typically complete production within 2–5 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days (but carrier delays do occasionally occur.)
• In total, please allow 10–15 business days from order date to delivery. We always aim to get your order to you sooner, though!

Free Shipping is available on orders over $50 shipped to U.S. addresses. This applies to eligible K-Factor Supply Co. products only. International orders ship at weight-based rates.

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. 

We offer a full refund or replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items bought from our store. Claims arising from an error on our part are covered at our expense, full stop.

• Received products must be damaged or defective
• Refunds or Replacements must be coordinated within 30 days of purchase
• Must be unused and be returned in the same condition as received
