• Distressed Ball Cap Broken in from the start. This unstructured, low-profile hat is made from 100% preshrunk cotton twill with a soft crown and a naturally worn-in feel that gets better with time. The hook-and-loop closure keeps it dialed in without the fuss. One size fits most.

Note: This blank is sourced from China — we don’t love it either, but the quality earned its place in the lineup. All embroidery and fulfillment is done in the US.

• Flex-Fit Cap Clean, structured, and built to move with you. This closed-back cap is made from a poly-cotton-spandex blend that holds its shape while stretching to fit. The mid-profile crown and curved visor give it a classic look, and the silver undervisor adds a subtle finish. No adjustments needed — just pick your size and put it on.

A good hat gets better with time. Use the following instructions to take care of it and it’ll take care of you:

Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently scrub soiled areas with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. To maintain shape, stuff the crown with a towel or place it over a bowl while drying. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat while drying.

We do not recommend machine wash or tumble dry as this may damage the shape of the hat or the adjustment mechanism. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals — they’ll fade the fabric and damage the embroidery.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 days. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

What to expect:

• Most products are made to order and typically complete production within 2–5 business days.
• First orders of embroidered items may take an additional 2-3 business days for one-time setup.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.
• Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

We offer a full refund or replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items bought from our store. Claims arising from an error on our part are covered at our expense, full stop.
