Turn your hoodie inside out before washing and drying them. This simple step is essential for preserving the fabric and design.

Use cold water and mild detergents. High temperatures aren’t necessary and can damage the material.

Avoid using high-speed spins. Excessive spinning can cause additional wear on your shirts.

Air dry your hoodie when you can. If you need to use a dryer, do it separately from heavy items like coats and blankets.

If you must iron your hoodie (you monster) do so inside out on a low heat setting. This helps protect the designs from direct heat.

Most of our products are made to order, which allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and offer a wider range of designs without overproducing inventory.

What to expect:

• Orders typically complete production within 2–5 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days (but carrier delays do occasionally occur.)
• In total, please allow 10–15 business days from order date to delivery. We always aim to get your order to you sooner, though!

Free Shipping is available on orders over $50 shipped to U.S. addresses. This applies to eligible K-Factor Supply Co. products only. International orders ship at weight-based rates.

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. 

We offer a full refund or replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items bought from our store. Claims arising from an error on our part are covered at our expense, full stop.
